When do you open and close for the season?

The 2026 season opens on April 10th at 12:00 PM and closes on October 18th at 12:00 PM.

You can book most easily via our online booking at stenasa.com/boka. You can also book by email or telephone, in which case a service and invoice fee will be added.

How do I pay for my booking?

When booking online, you pay directly with Swish or card. You can also opt for payment by invoice for a fee, where 10 percent is paid within 10 days and the final payment is due 40 days before arrival.

Do you charge a booking fee?

No, not with online booking. A service charge and an invoice fee apply to in-person bookings.

Cancellations are made via email or telephone. If you booked through an external booking site, please contact them directly. See booking conditions for details.

What applies regarding cancellation protection?

Cancellation protection can be purchased in connection with booking. See booking conditions for full information.

When does the booking become binding?

The booking will be binding once you have received confirmation via email or the booking system.

När är receptionen öppen?

During high season, from 15 June to 9 August, the reception is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. At other times, please see the notice board.

At Stenåsa Stugor & Camping on Öland you live with nature right on your doorstep.

Check-in: 15:00 – 17:30 (during summer season 15/6 – 9/8: 15:00 – 20:00). Other times by arrangement, but no earlier than 15:00!

Check-out: 07:00 – 11:00.

Kitchen equipment and bedding (excluding sheets) are provided in all cottages. Cottages must not be used without bed linen/sheets.
Dogs are allowed in our cottages, with a maximum of two dogs per cottage. All cottages are non-smoking, and cottages nos. 1A, 3, 4B, 6, and 10 are dog-free.
The cottage should be left clean upon departure. Cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, and a vacuum cleaner are provided.

When booking, there is an option to order final cleaning and a linen package, which includes bed linen and towels.

If a specific cottage is desired, this can be selected during our online booking for an additional charge of 20:-. .

At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation protection in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the ”Booking Terms & House Rules” provided below. The cancellation protection means that you can cancel up to the agreed arrival day and receive a refund, less a deduction of SEK 600 (cancellation protection + administrative fee).

What are the check-in and check-out times for the cabins?

Check-in is at the reception between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM. During the summer season, between June 15th and August 9th, you can check in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. At other times, check-in is by arrangement! Check-out is on the day of departure by 11:00 AM at the latest.

Do you allow dogs and other pets in your cabins?

We only allow dogs in our cottages, a maximum of two (2) dogs per cottage! Some of our cottages are dog-free.

What equipment is available in the cabins?

The cottages have kitchens with a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and all necessary kitchen equipment for the number of people the cottage accommodates. Some cottages have freezer facilities. The camping cottage lacks an oven.

Is there a freezer in the cottage?

Our new two-bedroom cottages and The Beach Cabin have freezer facilities. If you are staying in the other cottages and need freezer access, this is available in the campsite's communal service building. Please let us know when you check in, and you will receive an access card to the service building's kitchen.

Do I need to bring bedding?

All our cottages include duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. It is not permitted to use our beds, duvets, and pillows without sheets, meaning if you have a sleeping bag or duvet, you must also have a bottom sheet for the bed and a pillowcase for the pillow. You can hire sheets, pillowcases, towels, and bath towels. Please contact reception.

Can I hire bed linen and towels?

Yes, you can hire a linen package which includes sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and bath towels. Please contact reception.

Shall we clean the cottage ourselves?

Yes, the cottage should be left clean upon departure. Cleaning agents, equipment and a vacuum cleaner are provided. It is possible to book a final clean in conjunction with your booking. An inspection of the cottage may take place in connection with your departure.

How many nights do I need to book?
